Studio Tenn Theatre Company

studio tenn theatre company was founded in the fall of 2009 by nationally recognized director, designer and artist matt logan, emmy award winning producer philip hall and broadway and film actress marguerite lowell-hall. the company made an immediate splash with its inaugural production of our town, an immense success that was well received by critics, patrons and the nashville theatre community. shortly thereafter jake speck served notice at broadway’s jersey boys to join studio tenn as president and managing director. having collaborated on many works over the years, speck and logan, who serves as executive vice president and artistic director, had long envisioned a theatrical partnership to take advantage of their diverse, yet complimentary skill-sets. in may of 2010 studio tenn collaborated with showhope and the nashville symphony to produce rodgers and hammerstein’s cinderella, merging broadway and nashville stars to great effect. the one night only event played to a full house of
