allow us this opportunity to introduce ‘studio zero artist collective’. studio zero evolved out of lengthy discussions over the past thirteen years between four female contemporary sculptors who had graduated together from claremont school of art in wa. though studio zero has only been officially formed in may of 2004 it has been from these many discussions that the idea of studio zero was born. studio zero - art statement our artistic consensus is that art is an encompassing process that subjects us to constant change and that art is ultimately ephemeral. so we would currently agree that art is a chosen medium through which we register change and communication.
