studio74 is a young architectural practice founded in 2005 by two architects: andrea lo papa and claudio bonicco. studio74 has a marked international approach and is strongly oriented to multidisciplinary team working, environmental awareness and sustainability. our design philosophy is based on a deep research and a careful listening of all the issues involved in the design process: history or contemporary, the specifics of the site, emotions and, of course, people. in the office every project comes out from paying attention to the client’s needs and opinions. we intend our projects to be an open exchange of ideas with the client rather than a superimposition of a diagrammatic architectural approach. we are convinced that to every client and every site peculiar identity, needs and specifics that can’t be considered in a mechanical and repetitive way correspond. our task is always to find out an idea that should be as clear and simple as possible. every idea is developed by eliminating
