studio briner is a fresh and creative thinking architectural & design practice that seeks to connect contemporary design and innovation with resource and budget consciousness. working closely with our clients we seek to understand what it is they want, need and how they want to feel about the final outcome. that connection is born out of developing relationships and understanding that the design process is not just a list to be ticked, but working out what are the most integral parts of the outcome. our design approach is to firstly critically interrogate the brief, holding off on our own opinion until that process is complete. once the brief is robust and the basis set we look to expand on the initial concept and produce a product that fits perfectly the aspirations. the technical aspects of the project are intertwined in this whole process, producing a seamless transition through to the construction phase. we feel that by adhering to this process the outcome is far more organic and u
