we are an architectural studio involved in projects for residential, community, and commercial clients, particularly where planning gain is not straightforward. our approach insists that delivering delightful, spacious, and fun places for people to call 'home', is integral to successfully managing the complex process of construction and development. we work directly with domestic clients, contractors and developers, with services tailored to their needs. recent projects include the challenges of working with listed buildings, within conservation areas, within flood plains, on tight urban sites, and in the open countryside. our past experience includes: creating a 22-home development on an urban brown field site; working with local authorities to include development land within revised local plans; delivering high-quality student accommodation as part of the north west cambridge urban expansion by the university of cambridge; creating a new student centre and performing arts centre for
