after studying politics at university, rebecca joined a management consultancy and quickly realised she approached problems and issues differently. her managers were regularly puzzled by her questions and the activities she prioritised. with strong soft skills she wasn’t sure whether she was cut out for the industry.  then she was assigned her first communications role and realised her purpose and value: to help people communicate and navigate office politics through identifying audience motivation and building influence. with this realisation, and the business knowledge and acumen she developed as a consultant working in fortune 100 companies, she knew she’d come into her own.  now she coaches her clients to build their confidence and communication skills, refine their messaging, and manage their stakeholders to achieve personal and professional success.
