Stuft Gourmet Sausages

the stuft gourmet sausage concept revolves around serving a variety of unique and flavourful sausages. the uniqueness is that the sausages aren’t served in a traditional bun, but instead in an 8" dutch crunch bun with a toasted hole in the middle to make a pocket for the sausage. guests pick their type of sausage and desired sauce from a variety of options that enable over 30 different combinations. supporting this headline dish are a couple of side dishes -- apple & fennel gourmet coleslaw and fresh cut buffalo chips with sea salt seasoning. in addition to the stuft menu, we will also offer “stuffed waffles sticks”. these waffles are made fresh to order and then stuffed with one of three different “custards” utilizing a unique injection system. the end result is a freshly made waffle that is as east to eat as it is tasty!
