styles for girlz' mission is to passionately serve and provide transracial and biracial families caring for african / african-american girls in foster care and adoption with affordable, personalized, quality hair care services, resources, one-on-one training, and support. our vision is to strengthen, serve and give hope to families and girls struggling with the regular, consistent care of managing african / african-american hair, and encourage the development of a healthy self-esteem, a positive self-image, and a sense of cultural pride. styles for girlz believes "every girl is beautiful!" every girl deserves to feel good about the appearance of her hair which helps to develop a positive sense of self-worth and self-esteem.
