la perle d’argent, alliance of pierre and herve (two winegrowers) and jean-marc (spirits mixologist), aim at producing original and seductive wine for people very curious about it. la perle d’argent motto is suggesting the “cote d’argent” life style from cap ferret to biarritz, next to paradise. first, we grow and process the best grapes, carefully picked in the bordeaux entre-deux-mers region of france. second, we spend time in the cellar monitoring the extraction period of winemaking to obtain that we want. the result is the right balance between ripeness and refreshing acidity, just elegant. don’t try la perle d’argent if you do not want becoming addicted to it!
