subsea job match ltd is a global recruitment agency that specializes in the introduction of candidates for employment by recruiters in the seabed-to-surface subsea sector of the oil & gas industry. what is our goal? to facilitate an efficient and accurate recruitment process for both candidates and recruiters. who are we? we were created by a couple of subsea installation engineers who were tired of spending their day fielding unsolicited calls and emails from agents about jobs that had no relevance to their experience or requirements, and being asked by them "do you know anyone else that might be interested?". it was obvious to our guys that subsea recruitment was in need of a shake-up. so the guys got together with one of their friends who's a web developer to talk through their ideas and subsea job match was born. what do we do? we make sure that candidates are only matched with jobs that are relevant to their subsea experience and meet their specific requirements. we allow recruite
