subsea software are developers of coupled finite element structural engineering reliability analysis and design software for the subsea oil & gas industry. our software, which is practical and user friendly, harnesses the power of the cloud to determine, in a reasonable time frame, the structural risk and reliability parameters associated with subsea structures and/or their structural components to statistical confidence intervals of a million to one. our core program is a predictive numerical (finite element) data analytical processor, which couples our subsea finite element program with the r statistics and data analytics program. by adding the relevant subsea design code of practice functionality (currently the dnv design codes) to our core program, we are producing a suite of coupled finite element structural reliability analysis and design programs for the subsea oil & gas industry. although several programs can be developed in our subsea software suite, currently we are focu
