kindness. one person at a time. hancock regional hospice has been providing care to the patients of hancock health for more than 30 years. we have a proven track record of high-quality care delivered with love. the story of how we came to be suburban hospice is one of cooperation and collaboration with independent hospitals in indiana. in 2015, hancock health joined forces with riverview health and witham health services to form suburban home health. i have the pleasure of serving on the board of suburban home health. as a result of that relationship, riverview and witham both expressed a need to have a high-quality provider of end of life care for their patients. we started talking about how we might be able to make the best use of the expertise and experience that hancock health had in hospice care and expand our services to include the communities served by riverview and witham. recently, we formed suburban hospice to fill that need. while suburban home health and suburban hospi
