success unlimited have been training within the automotive industry since november 1996 and have built a strong, professional reputation for delivering useful and practical information that can easily be applied to the ‘real world’. our two directors, steve pawley and mark indriks, like many of our staff have tremendous experience working in the automotive industry and use this to create refreshing, inspirational and motivational training courses. we are proud of the continuing feedback we receive from delegates attending both ‘open’ and ‘in house’ courses which emphasise the practicality and ‘real world’ usefulness of our training. creating great training courses though was not enough, and we were looking for a way to evaluate the effects of training in the showroom and also to provide an ongoing resource to improve performance, so in 1997 we launched contact online to great effect.this system combines a highly effective sales diary and a powerful reporting system allowing sales peopl
