successdart was developed by ruby software because of our own need to create a unique and efficient employee appraisal and goal setting process as well as an underlying tool to support it. like many organizations, we realized the importance of aligning the individual employee’s goals with the organization’s goals and values. we started with the usual practice of using the excel spreadsheets and then quickly realized the inefficiencies; the next option was to contact an hris vendor to extend the functionality to include an efficient employee performance appraisal system with goal setting and tracking functionalities. but we had to retract from this move when we realized the bottlenecks. finally we decided to create our own application, and thus successdart was born. the ultimate goal for the creation of successdart by ruby software is to provide a comprehensive performance appraisal platform that can be used by organizations to align the goals, measure the performance and eventually mak
