successful futures is a modular careers and enterprise programme designed to build long lasting partnerships between employers and schools. through a range of flexible activities that deliver multiple encounters with employers, it enables young people to acquire the skills and knowledge to better prepare them for the workplace; overcome barriers to learning and inspires and informs them to plan for and achieve a successful future. successful futures provides schools (who meet the criteria) with year-round access to a menu of employer engagement opportunities for students (aged 11-19), that can be delivered as part of a drop down half/full day/assemblies including: • employer speakers • mock interview practice to develop communication skills • employability skills workshops (cv writing, application processes, team building, communication, money management sessions, on-line profile) • careers fairs and events • enterprise challenges designed in partnership with employers • work experi
