succinct specialises in optimising processes for start ups and sme’s by utilising a quantitative analytical approach. we take time to identify all the elements of a project and how it interacts with the wider business. once all the information is gathered we develop a solution with the administrative tools and structures that will allow a process to operate efficiently without getting mired in excessive oversight or become hindered by a lack of organisation. we apply this same approach to help start ups and sme’s structure new ideas into functioning businesses that contain the same efficient administrative tools and structures. with a strong business background, that started working in the family sme from a young age and a masters in physics, i take a detail driven and scientific approach to problem solving whilst remaining cognoscente of the real world implications to a business. every challenge is different and i don't believe in one size fits all solutions. nobody knows the nuances
