sds is a non-profit organization working to bring awareness and advocacy for good design by participating in initiatives and projects which positively benefit the community. we welcome people from every design discipline and industry facet. we work to provide networking, professional development, advocacy and transparency for everyone with an interest in the design industry. everything we do — from our three-point perspective conference to our sudbury design awards to the showcases powered by individual firms, for studio tours and partnerships. the sudbury design society is working to better the local design industry for every disciple and industry type. our mandate is to increase the awareness and visibility of design, uphold the standards of professionalism and ethics, provide networking, professional development, advocacy and spark conversation about what design means and what it does for the world. four initiatives designed to help develop sudbury designers: sudbury design
