Sudbury Symphony Orchestra

a leader in orchestral music in northern ontario, the sudbury symphony orchestra performs a 6-concert season annually at glad tidings tabernacle, led by music director dr. victor sawa. in addition to its regular season, the sso participates in a variety of education and outreach initiatives, including tunes and tales (in partnership with the sudbury public library), in-school presentations, a family-oriented holiday concert and a conservatory of music, which provides professional level training to individuals and ensembles of all ages. a pillar of the sudbury arts and cultural community, over 5,000 individuals attend concert performances each season, with an additional 2,500 participating in outreach and education programmes. visit us online at www.sudburysymphony.com
