i am an experienced organisation development professional based in the uk. working internationally and specialising in: executive assessment executive coaching leadership development facilitation i believe that there is no template for a “perfect” leader. in my experience successful leaders differ greatly in the experience, behaviours and values they bring to their roles. what i do see they have in common though are 3 important dimensions of leadership: self awareness; the ability to impact & influence and strong commercial reach, a network of connections and relationships that they can draw on. great leaders understand how they can best play to their strengths to drive an organisation forward, how to mitigate against their personal development needs and how to get the very best out the people around them.
