my name is sue carpenter and not so long ago i seemed to have lost my sense of direction and, as a consequence, was experiencing little personal fulfilment. the experience of life coaching – first being coached and now, as a fully trained and practising life coach myself – has enabled me once again to enjoy a true sense of achievement. now i look forward to the challenges each day brings as i work towards my goals and help others to identify and achieve theirs. i live in the west of scotland, less than an hour from glasgow, but coach throughout scotland and beyond. coaching can be face-to-face or by telephone. usually it’s a mixture of both
