suffolk mind is a mental health charity that wants to make suffolk the best place in the world for talking about and taking care of mental wellbeing. all of us have mental health, just as we have physical health. both are equally as important and anyone can become mentally unwell if they are unable to meet their emotional needs. our programme to educate and raise awareness will mean the entire population of suffolk can make a life that works. one in four of us will suffer from mental ill health in any given year. suffolk mind offers a range of services: - anger & anxiety management courses - healthy mind counselling - waves, a personality disorder service - workplace wellbeing - mental health supported housing - ecotherapy suffolk mind also has a number of opportunities to get involved with the charity. you can volunteer. volunteering offers: - the opportunity to gain skills and practical experience in a supportive environment. - help to improve confidence and feelings of self-worth. -
