medication errors are one of the leading causes of harm in healthcare settings globally. though the majority of these errors are preventable, most healthcare systems lack appropriate mechanisms put in place to prevent their occurrence, especially in resource-limited settings where the prevalence of mes is largely underreported. at sufra group we believe in a world free of medication errors in the future. we hope through our actions to join the global patient safety movement in ensuring 'medication without harm". we aim to do so through action in the following areas: -providing a safe space for sharing experiences with medication errors both from the patient and hcps perspective -providing support to organizations in building a safety culture and putting in place measures to prevent the occurrence of medication errors -provide training to hcps to build on the capacity for preventing medication errors -engaging in research activities to build on evidence on the problem of medication e
