realizing that she could only personally rescue and re-home a tiny fraction of the homeless animals she came in contact with living in the beautiful historic sugar hill neighborhood of harlem, susan e. smith decided to create a brand that would take her love of harlem, underdogs, really big dogs, misunderstood dogs, hiphop, design, history and fashion blend them mixtape style, selling the results and donating profits to select animal rescue groups in the nyc area. sugarhillstyle opened it’s virtual doors on april 7th, 2013 and is happy to have been able to donate to long island bulldog rescue and the bully project.
