helping people realize/move toward playing the biggest part in their mental health well-being. teaching the key to true joy is self love and sharing how. helping people process suicide loss differently/healthier with peace. why am i writing this book? as i facilitate suicide grief groups and talk to people outside of groups who’ve experienced suicide loss, i see a glimmer of hope in their eyes as they hear of my numerous tragic losses, and they visually see me showing up in colorful sequins like there’s a party going on. almost like they’re thinking, “this woman has experienced this horrible grief more than once and wears a smile on her face, helps others and lives a happy, colorful life?” that glimmer of hope i’ve seen in so many eyes makes me passionate about reaching more people, so they too can know there’s hope ahead in their own suicide grief journey. even with loss grief, you can live a positive life. it takes time to grieve easier and healthier. you learn to cope better. the
