mission for 25 years, suited for change has been the dc area's leading nonprofit providing interview-ready professional attire, mentoring, and job-readiness education to local women in need. we empower women by increasing their employment and job retention potential. through our services, clients overcome barriers to employment and become financially independent. in 2017, suited for change is proud to celebrate having served more than 25,000 dc area women, surpassing more than 1,000 clients already this year. we have seen the demand for our services increase sharply this year, and rely on support from the community to help local women get back to work. vision changing lives. empowering women.
