suits & fitness was created in 2015. ​ the founder ashley james came up with the idea during his time working at a digital agency in the city. he said, with the fitness industry booming, it is highly saturated with fitness influencers and brands providing information. with so many different opinions, who do you follow? who do you believe? who’s right and who’s wrong? so many questions, and not enough genuine answers! too many opportunists trying to exploit those lacking knowledge and understanding of the health & fitness realm for profit, and the list goes on. i want to create a platform that is developed with the utmost integrity and can be a trusted source for information and guidance.
