we are sujhav, an organization that is going to be a one-stop destination for all mediation related services. at sujhav, we value the importance of business as well as personal relations of and between the parties and by providing a mid-way solution we will ensure that the dispute settlement does not lead to a lifetime of a strained relationship. the benefits of mediation are several that it is confidential, inexpensive, less formal than court proceedings. it also has the potential to reduce stress. the main aim of sujhav is to provide mediation services to the general public. apart, from this service, our aim is to arrange sessions in villages and schools to make people aware of mediation services. we also, provide additional services to make arrangements for the venue and other resources for conducting sessions to resolve any disputes which we will get after the sessions.
