edouard, a former graphic designer, loves skateboards from the 60s and the 70s as much as he loves tattoos and drawings. he has the idea to bring back to life the genuine and classic skateboard. he follows several wood-working trainings, creates suji, and starts hand making the boards in his workshop located in the north of france. edouard and victor meet at a neighborhood block party in paris. they talk about surf, music, and suji. victor loves the idea of handcrafting eco-friendly skateboards the old-school way. he joins suji, which becomes a story of friendship, ride, and chill. ever since, the suji team makes skateboards inspired by the originals with a contemporary touch and a made in france label.
