i teach vinyasa yoga to corporate workplaces, health clubs and community centers. i also offer restorative yoga and vinyasa yoga classes privately. my business is about sharing the benefits of yoga and promoting positive well being. i am passionate about health promotion having worked as a naturopath for seven years. while living in new york city i trained in vinyasa yoga at the laughing lotus school of yoga. i have since had further training in restorative yoga and have recently travelled to india to further yoga studies. my corporate yoga clients include freehills, jason windows and woodside health and fitness centre. i am able to bring the class to your office space and hold classes before or after work hours or during lunch hours. i believe yoga within the workplace can help contribute to enhancing personal productivity and improve stress management. for further information please don't hesitate to contact me via email or phone.
