sulets is lettings company jointly owned by de montfort and leicester students'​ unions. we are a unique organisation, setup as a charity, with a trustee board including pro-vice chancellors from each university, as well as the chief executives and the elected student officers from each students'​ union. our mission is to raise standards across student housing in leicester by promoting good practice and offering a fair and honest approach to business. with a range of properties ranging from off-street private sector housing through to major accommodation blocks we have the experience and expertise to deliver quality and value for students and attractive rental incomes for property owners. with an office in the heart of each university campus we have a marketing reach and access to the student market that other providers can only dream of. with over 2300 bed spaces available via 200 houses and 7 major halls of residence, we have the size and knowledge to deliver for property owners and
