Sullivan Training Systems

sullivan training was created to provide an alternative to the traditional gym experience. for our adult population we fit between the traditional planet fitness, bsc, etc and the crossfit's of the world. instead of being out in the wild at planet, you get a program, a coach, and a group of like minded people trying to get fit. you also get the small group community feel of cf. we started out as a student athlete performance facility and that is where we built the business. we get kids from the junior high school ranks all the way through professional athletes. we get people strong, fast, healthy, and better prepared to compete in their sport.
