we are an agricultural company based in thrace, north-west turkey. our actions aim at having a positive environmental and social impact, at the same time being feasible. to do this; we produce and sell at/from our bio-certified farm and set up self-sufficient abundant systems for others to do the same as well. through our integrated stone-mill house, we fresh-mill ancient bio wheat varieties: emmer and eincorn products, providing rich nutrition with minimized carbon emissions. the permaculture design provides a range of local and international services to institutions, private companies, individuals, education facilities etc. the permaculture academy hosts on-site workshops, courses and experimental environmental education services as well as and providing workshops and presentations in international congresses.
