suman as a group commenced business in the year 2005. initially the founder members were into technical training and computer education. however by keeping in mind for providing jobs to technically trained candidates. ‘suman hr consultants’ was formed and obtained government of india recruiting license in the year 2006 to deploy candidates to abroad countries. in a short span the company has been able to add good reputed middle east based clients. in the year 2007 ‘sujal tours and travels’ has been started by keeping in mind to provide travel related services like hotel reservation, rail and air ticketing, rent a car and package tours. in the year 2009 ‘suman recruitment services pvt ltd’ has been started to provide pan india recruitment services to india based companies specially to epc and oil and gas industries.
