summersett foods is a culinary development and production company quickly gaining momentum following the completion of our buffalo chicken dip recipe competition hosted by the culinary school, the chef's academy in indianapolis, indiana. summersett foods was established to fill a culinary niche to customers by providing a line of frozen, pre-packaged buffalo chicken dips available in grocery stores. this unique idea was the result of two ohio-bred students who were familiar with "cincinnati style chili" and other related products common throughout southwest ohio grocers. while attending school in tennessee, they recognized an unrecognized need for a different product, (buffalo chicken dip), that was similarly designed and offered the same low cost and convenience as those common in their hometown.
