the summersville arena and conference center is nestled into the mountains of scenic summersville, wv, which is centrally located in the state and a short and pleasant drive from most major interstates, making it easily accessible to west virginia residents as well as visitors from surrounding states. the arena can be easily converted into a sporting arena and has a beautiful portable hardwood basketball court with a 2,000 seating capacity for basketball games. in addition, the arena is the perfect venue for performances and boasts a 2,400 seating capacity. all seating is with back and seat for a more comfortable experience. the seats collapse and retract leaving an open arena perfect for trade shows and expositions, with pipe and drape partitioned breakout areas, as well as the right choice for a convention, large conference, meeting and training sessions. when not being used for one of these events, the arena can also be transformed into a beautiful ball room with ceiling drapes
