dr. criag little provides the highest quality care for all of your oral surgery needs including tooth extractions, wisdom teeth extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, facial trauma and reconstructive surgeries, sedation dentistry, and more. dr. little is a south carolina native. he grew up in spartanburg and went to the citadel, where he obtained his bs in biology. he then obtained his general dentistry degree at musc college of dental medicine and finished his general practice residency at richland memorial in columbia. he then spent an additional four years in detroit, mi for his surgical residency. in 1991, after residency, he returned to the charleston area and began summerville oral surgery. dr. little is married to tina and they have three grown sons. when not in the office, you will find him outdoors, traveling, or spending time with his wife, family, friends, and his 2 golden doodles.
