summit chorale is one of new jersey's oldest active choral organizations, celebrating our 101st year during the 2009-2010 season. led by our newly appointed artistic director, dr. thomas juneau, we enter this milestone season with great excitement. during our season we perform masterworks of choral literature as well as innovative concerts of varied musical styles. we strive for repertoire that will challenge our singers and appeal to a wide audience. recently performed works include haydn's lord nelson mass, poulenc's gloria, and whitacre's cloudburst. our holiday feast has become a favorite annual event. summit chorale is a volunteer chorus made up of experienced singers who span both volunteer and professional singing backgrounds and draws its members from central and northern new jersey. in addition to singing concerts and weekly rehearsals, members volunteer in publicity and fundraising efforts, ticket sales, program publication, and concert staging. the board of trustees, elected
