over the past decade, summit construction & development, llc has emerged as one of metro atlanta’s respected general contractors. in the sectors of commercial, residential, and institutional construction, we have proven our abilities time and time again, taking on projects large and small, straightforward or complex, and completing them safely, on time, within budget, and at the highest level of quality. we began focusing our expertise largely on site development, commercial, industrial and residential construction where we continued to grow our client base and add services from there. we have expanded over the years, broadening the range of summit services and becoming a licensed utility contractor, certified dbe contractor, and gdot pre-qualified contractor with a bonding capacity of $10 million. we pride ourselves on effectively serving an array of clientele from counties, municipalities, and large corporations, to builders, smaller independent companies, and home owners as well.
