we drive improved sales results based on a three part premise: 1- with all they have on their plates, sales managers don’t have the time they need to coach and train their sales teams (so meetings often default to administrative issues i.e. “getting the paperwork right” and product training). 2- for several reasons managers aren’t skilled instructional designers nor are they necessarily great facilitators yet they are often times expected to create and deliver effective content each week. 3- if given the proper tools, like our monthly training delivery system that is easy to implement and drives results, most managers want to succeed and will use the tools provided driving consistent results throughout the organization.
