summit blockchain, inc. was formed to create a diversified portfolio of digital assets through our operation of master nodes. our business model is to provide investors a diversified pure-play exposure to the digital currency and blockchain industries. we intend to invest exclusively in and operate blockchain infrastructure assets and related technologies. our primary objective is to operate master nodes that assist the cryptocurrency blockchain to facilitate payment and other transactional processing on the blockchain network. by operating master nodes, we will be a purchaser of digital currencies while also earning a fee for verifying transactions over a decentralized network. we plan to incorporate an “asset-light” model by using third party hardware vendors to provide and operate all of the needed equipment. by utilizing our “asset-light” model we feel that this is the best approach in that it allows for more available capital to roll out our master nodes.
