using research based sport psychology principles summits of the mind offers remote and in person mental training to climbers and athletes of all ages who are ready to push their limits and perform at their best. founder and lead coach, suzu cornella, created summits of the mind llc after receiving her master's of science in applied sport psychology to provide mental support to help all athletes perform at their peak ability. after competing in and coaching climbing at the national and international stage for over almost 20 years, suzu uses her background in education and sport psychology to teach the mental skills that supported herself and her athletes throughout the years. now summits of the mind llc teaches sport psychology principles to help all athletes to achieve their performance goals.
