sunbite is a private listing service that allows real estate agents to access buyer search needs. access to sunbite's network gives agents new opportunity to help their clients buy and sell property. sunbite switches the roles in the home search process by providing real estate agents a platform to post what their buyers are looking for in a property, which gives other agents the opportunity to see if they have a property that matches. sunbite’s mission is to facilitate a new level of connectivity and efficiency that will lead to greater satisfaction in the real estate search process. we launched on february 1, 2016 with agents and buyers from los angeles county, orange county, riverside county, and ventura county and we will be expanding nationwide.
