sundance resources is building a global iron ore business through the development of its flagship mbalam-nabeba iron ore project located in central africa. the project spans the border between the countries of cameroon and the republic of congo and is an integrated mine, port and rail project with targeted annual production capacity of 35mtpa for a minimum of 30 years. the first 10 years ("stage one"​) will mine direct shipping ore. then in stage two mining will continue with the production at 35mtpa of itabirite hematite for at least a further 15 years. sundance's goal is to leverage its first-mover advantage in this emerging iron ore region in africa to become a major global producer. sundance is headquartered in perth, western australia, home to the world-class iron ore deposits of the pilbara region. in perth sundance draws readily on the skills of the world's most experienced iron ore mining and infrastructure specialists. the company has assembled a world-class team comprising ov
