sunflower scotland - help british-ukrainians to send aid directly to war zones in ukraine. we are an edinburgh-based association of volunteers with families and friends in ukraine: in kiev, kharkov, sumy and other places. our families, along with other innocent ukrainians, are currently suffering the most terrible atrocities of war. we decided to act. we leverage our first-hand contacts to deliver help right into ukraine. we have set up direct links with ukrainian humanitarian groups in kharkiv and dnipro. we are sending lorries with aid to the areas affected by war. 100% of the money raised will be used to pay for the lorry costs, such as fuel and ferry crossing, and urgently required goods. any amount you can give, no matter how small will be used to directly help the people of ukraine. all donations are welcome – we have a list of most needed items and update the list per communications with groups in ukraine.
