sunlight, nutrition and health research center is an entity devoted to research and education relating to the prevention of chronic disease through changes in diet and lifestyle. the primary mission is to identify and quantify risk-modifying factors for chronic diseases. the primary focus is on uvb and cancer and infectious diseases, but there is also some interest in the role of dietary factors in disease risk. all research is done through analysis of existing, publicly available data; the findings are published in the peer-reviewed literature or on the internet.
