created in 2011, sunlight technology operates with a core investment policy of investing in renewable energy assets that generate energy at the point of use. the company continues to go from strength-to-strength and now owns a portfolio of more than 2,700 domestic solar pv systems across the uk, all installed at no cost to the end-user of the free electricity generated. the sunlight portfolio generates 7.2 megawatts of renewable electricity every year, saving the equivalent of the weight of 2,500 ford fiestas in carbon dioxide! as the company continues to grow we are expanding into exciting new categories of renewable assets including commercial solar installations and domestic air source heat pumps.
