sunnanå utveckling are based in norrlands and are located in skellefteå. we have our origins in the football association sunnanå sportklubb. the association's ideas, interest in public education, community involvement and sporting success are the basis for our ideas. we at sunnanå have worked actively for 40 years to develop, test ideas and methods. a constantly ongoing everyday research built on an alternation between experiential learning, reflections, practical testing and training. we want to make a difference and have a burning interest in people and development. our focus is results through development. the strength of our teaching team is an enthusiastic and energy-producing approach where we add perspective, methods and pedagogy that make a difference. through co-creation, proven experience and current research, we create a plan especially for you. we believe that people can and want to develop, by making use of employees' commitment and competence, individuals, groups and orga
