sunny ridge health and rehabilitation center is a medicare and medicaid certified, comprehensive, skilled care center with a 24-hour professional staff including nurses, therapists, dietitians, social workers, activity coordinators and other specially-trained professionals. residents come to us at challenging times in their lives — following a surgery or an extended hospital treatment, or after events that have altered their lives at home. we understand the personal impact caused by significant life and health changes and are committed to care that makes our residents feel reassured and fulfilled. all medical care is monitored by our medical director. on-site appointments with physicians, dentists, podiatrists, ophthalmologists, and other medical specialists are available. each residents is provided an individualized, comprehensive program of care that promotes the highest possible level of independence and quality of life while preserving the dignity of each individual.
