thank you for considering sunset properties as either your property manager or host for your family's next vacation here on the island of ocean isle beach, nc. our company first began offering vacation rentals in 1988, and has grown over the years to become one of the largest rental management company and real estate sales operations in our area. the company's partners are ron & adrienne watts and pat & ginny wolfe. the company manages approximately 400 homes for short-term vacations. pat wolfe serves as our company's general manager, and we have a total of 14 full-time employees that work with our homeowners and guests handling reservations, marketing, property services, housekeeping, maintenance, and accounting. we work with over 200 other contractors that help us with housekeeping and maintenance projects throughout the year. we work hard on a daily basis to fulfill our motto: "setting a higher standard".
