established in 2017, sunset studios ltd refurbished a 170sqm space at the sunset heritage precinct in dalkeith, western australia (building q) under a licence agreement with wa state government and minderoo foundation. the studio was established by founding partners minderoo foundation, spinifex foundation and the morrison family trust as an innovative entrepreneurship centre that provides arts, cultural and creative industry professionals in western australia with the infrastructure, tools, resources and mentorship to build successful careers rooted in sustainable business. the aim was to attract industry professionals in the creative industry to innovate, collaborate, develop and produce content locally for the global market and mentor local and emerging talent. with a demonstrated business and financial track record of delivery and successful outcomes now evident, we are seeking to expand sunset studio’s existing operation at the sunset heritage precinct in line with the sunset
